Oleksandr Danchenko
Head of Parliament Committee for Informatization and Communications

Was born on 14.11.1974 in Kryvyi Rig. Finished high school with a silver medal. In 1997, he obtained higher education at the faculty of radio technologies at Kyiv Politechnic Institute. Began his telecommunications business already during student years. In 1999-2000, he was an intern at the company EutelSat (France). In 2004, he finished the course at the Institute of administrative governance of telecommunications TEMIS (Canada). At 22, he became a head of the company of satellite connection ‘STS’. Participated in creating the operator ‘Datasat’ and was a head of this company till the moment of creating ‘Datagroup’. Starting from 2003, Oleksandr was a chief head of ‘Datagroup’ and managed the company from the moment of its creation.

In 2014, Oleksandr left his post of a chief head because of being elected as a member of Parliament of the eighth formation from political party ‘Union Samopomich’. As a result of deputy voting, he was elected as a Head of Parliament Committee on informatization and communication.
