Project Coordinator of Transparency International Azerbaijan

Mr. Muradov holds a Master’s degree in international relations from Paris 11 University. He worked as an adviser in the Ministry of Economy and Industry at the department of interstate economic cooperation in 2012-2013.
He joined Transparency International Azerbaijan in May 2013 as a coordinator of OSCE Baku funded project titled “Increasing Transparency in Provision of Public Services”. Under the foregoing project, Mr. Muradov conducted monitoring and evaluation of e-services in Azerbaijan on the basis of methodology developed by Estonian E-Governance Academy. The final assessment report was released on December 22, 2014.
Mr. Muradov currently works for Transparency International’s Azerbaijan Chapter as a project coordinator of EU funded National Integrity System Assessment Project. He coordinated development of the Study on National Integrity System Assessment in Azerbaijan, which was released on June 18, 2014.
Mr. Muradov is 28. He is married and has a son.
