David Stonehill
Deputy Director, Office of Democracy and Governance, USAID/Caucasus

Mr. Stonehill currently serves as the Deputy Director of the United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Office of Democracy and Governance in Tbilisi, Georgia. He manages a portfolio of foreign assistance programs related to transparent and accountable governance, civil society, civic education and media. Prior to serving in Georgia, Mr. Stonehill worked for USAID in Afghanistan and Angola. He holds Masters’ degrees in International Development and Business Administration from the American University in Washington D.C.
